Leonard H. Fowler III
Mr. Fowler is a paralegal and has been working in the legal profession since 1993. He completed over 26 years in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Fowler operated his own paralegal business for several years. He has worked in Nevada as a paralegal since 1996. Mr. Fowler has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, an Associates in Arts in Business Law from National University in San Diego, an Associates in Arts in Paralegal Studies from Las Vegas College, and a paralegal Certificate from the National Radio Institute in Washington, D.C. He has also attended Law School at National University’s School of Law in San Diego California. Mr. Fowler is experienced in Family Law, Probate, Business, Entertainment, Contract Law, Bankruptcy, and Criminal and Civil Litigation.
Tisha A. Wells
Ms. Wells has been working in the legal field for approximately eleven years. She first started by working for a Family Law office in California and later operated her own paralegal business. Ms. Wells has donated two years of volunteer work to the Rape Crisis Center for domestic violence victims. Since moving to Las Vegas, in the beginning of 2007, she continues to work exclusively in the Family Law field.

Ms. Steele has been working in the legal field for approximately 20 years. She has been working exclusively in Family Law for the past 13 years. She also has 6 years of experience working in Personal Services/Employee Relations. She has attended Paralegal courses at the Community College of Southern Nevada and attended Information Technology courses at State Technical Institute at Memphis.
Deisy Martinez-Viera
Mrs. Martinez-Viera has been working in the legal field for approximately six years. Mrs. Martinez-Viera received an Associates in Arts in Paralegal Studies in October 2007, from Kaplan College. Mrs. Martinez-Viera began her career in Immigration Law. She also has experience in Family Law. Prior to her legal career Mrs. Martinez-Viera worked as a PBX Operator.
Mrs. Martinez-Viera began her employment with the Willick Law Group in 2010. She is the head paralegal for QDRO Masters, which is a division of the Willick Law Group that specializes in pension and retirement division. Mrs. Martinez-Viera assists attorney staff in the preparation of QDRO’s, military retirement orders, and Civil Service retirement orders.
Richard “Rick” Crane
Mr. Crane received his B.S. degree in General Studies from Excelsior University in 1996 and his M.S. degree in Management from Troy State University in 1997 while serving overseas with the United States Navy. Upon his return to the United States, Mr. Crane received his J.D. degree in May 2005 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. Mr. Crane has represented the Government’s interest in administrative hearings and performed an internship with the San Diego Public Attorney’s Office prior to retiring from the Navy after 30 years of service.

Faith Fish
Ms. Fish is a paralegal who received a B.A. in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has had over 20 years of experience in customer relations, hotel operations, and management. Ms. Fish earned her paralegal certificate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in May, 2000, with special emphasis in Real Estate Law and Constitutional Law. Ms. Fish worked as a case manager until June, 2012, when she was promoted to Firm Administrator and financial officer.
As the Firm Administrator, her scope of duties include account management, insurance (medical, dental, malpractice, and property), client relations, banking duties, payroll, vendor liaison, building maintenance, landlord, security, and employee management, and is the person to speak with regarding accounts, retainers, and any billing questions.
